Thai on the Fly

Thai on the Fly, on the Littleton/Westford line, is a standout Thai takeout and catering restaurant with traditional menus and southeast Asian-inspired decor. Co-owners Christopher Parsons and Niddy Saengsrichan bring extensive experience. Christopher, a former Disney entertainer and Performing Arts teacher, co-owned a Thai restaurant in Pattaya. Niddy, trained at The Chiang Mai Institute of Culinary Arts, is a northern Thai cuisine expert with local chef experience.
