Simone is the Founder of well-known brand, TrinidadWeddings.com, established in 2004. It was the first wedding planning website in Trinidad and Tobago. It provides resources for engaged couples and marketing support for brands and wedding vendors. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the TW Wed-Zine magazine. Her first book ‘It’s Knot Difficult!” – a wedding planning guide, was published on Amazon in June 2023.
